Service access

By using Musicamp, you agree to these terms and confirm that you have authority to bind yourself or the organization using the account.

Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans renew automatically on the selected monthly or annual billing cycle unless cancelled.
• Usage limits, seat counts, and commercial rights vary by plan and may be defined in an order form.
• Failure to pay may result in account suspension, export restrictions, or workspace access loss.

Acceptable use

• You may not use the platform to violate law, infringe intellectual property, or abuse third-party rights.
• You may not reverse engineer, disrupt, or misuse the service, models, APIs, or security systems.
• You are responsible for content uploaded to your workspace, including lyrics, references, and project files.

Ownership and generated outputs

You retain ownership of content you upload to the platform. Rights in generated outputs depend on your subscription tier, workspace agreement, and any separate commercial licensing terms.

Enterprise or partner contracts may define additional usage limits, attribution rules, indemnities, or distribution restrictions for generated audio and derivative materials.

Availability and changes

We may modify features, generation limits, pricing, or beta functionality over time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, but we aim to maintain a commercially reasonable level of availability.

Termination and contact
