Overview

Musicamp collects the information needed to operate music generation accounts, process subscriptions, support customer requests, secure the platform, and improve creative workflows.

Information we collect

Account details such as name, email address, company, and login credentials.
Subscription and billing details needed to manage plan access and invoicing.
Usage data such as prompts, references, exports, project history, and feature interactions.
Technical data such as device information, browser type, IP address, and security logs.

How we use information

To provide music generation, saved sessions, stem exports, and collaboration features.
To administer subscriptions, billing cycles, overage handling, and enterprise contracts.
To detect abuse, secure accounts, troubleshoot issues, and improve product reliability.
To communicate product updates, support responses, and service notices related to your account.

Creative inputs and outputs

Prompts, lyrics, reference material, generated audio, and export metadata may be stored so that projects can be retrieved, revised, reviewed by authorized team members, and delivered through the platform.

If you are using a studio or enterprise workspace, administrators may have access to project history, billing activity, and workspace-level usage reports.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information. We may share data with payment processors, hosting providers, analytics tools, security vendors, or legal authorities when required to operate the service or comply with law.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy contractual or legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records.

You can opt out of promotional emails while still receiving account and billing notices.
